تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش عالی ایران : ارائه مدل مفهومی تحلیلی

چکیده

افزایش رقابت‌پذیری در بخش آموزش عالی باعث بروز تفاوت‌های عمیق در بین مؤسسات آموزشی گردیده، در این زمینه بحث‌های اساسی مطرح است که هرکدام درزمینه ی به‌ کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دانشگاه‌ها نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کنند ازجمله می‌توان به کیفیت آموزش، اثربخشی، هزینه، ارائه خدمات چندگانه اشاره نمود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان تأثیرگذاری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر شاخص‌های کیفی در آموزش عالی ایران است. روش تحقیق ازنظر جمع‌آوری اطلاعات میدانی پیمایشی، ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ماهیت آن توصیفی است. جامعه آماری دانشجویان و اساتید دانشگاه‌های شهرستان بوشهر بود که نمونه آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انجام‌گردید و تعداد 602 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که روایی آن با مطالعه منابع واخذ نظرات استادان با تجربه وصاحب نظر دربحث آموزش بدست آمد و پایایی 89/.= که از طیق آزمون آلفای کرانباخ محاسبه گردید. نتایج تحقیق که بر اساس آزمون‌های تی تک نمونه ای ، تحلیل واریانس، و تحلیل عاملی بود نشان داد که تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر متغیر برنامه‌ریزی و ارزشیابی آموزشی بیشتر از سایر متغیرهای کیفیت است همچنین با احتساب متغیر سمت پاسخ دهندگان ،دانشجویان میانگین بالاتری به تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات در بهبود برنامه ریزی وارزشیابی دوره ها نسبت به اساتید دادند.

Increasing competitiveness in higher education leads to profound differences among the educational institutions and fundamental discussions arises in this context, and each of them play an important role in applying information and communication technologies in universities which among them we can refer to quality of teaching, effectiveness, cost, multi-service. The aim of this study was to evaluate and prioritize the impact of ICT components in improving the quality of higher education in Iran. This paper in term of field data collection is a survey research and in terms of purpose is an applied research with descriptive nature. The students and professors from universities in the city of Bushehr, the sample was stratified random sampling method and the number of 602 students & techer were selected. The research tool is a questionnaire that its validity by studying the resources of experienced instructor's tastings comments regarding the discussion of education owner and the test via Cronbach's alpha was calculated = ./89
The results are based on one-sample t-tests, ANOVA, and factor analysis showed that the impact of ICT on planning and evaluation was more than other variables.Also taking into account the variable respondents, higher average students improve planning and evaluating the impact of information technology in their courses then teachers.
