Increasing competitiveness in higher education leads to profound differences among the educational institutions and fundamental discussions arises in this context, and each of them play an important role in applying information and communication technologies in universities which among them we can refer to quality of teaching, effectiveness, cost, multi-service. The aim of this study was to evaluate and prioritize the impact of ICT components in improving the quality of higher education in Iran. This paper in term of field data collection is a survey research and in terms of purpose is an applied research with descriptive nature. The students and professors from universities in the city of Bushehr, the sample was stratified random sampling method and the number of 602 students & techer were selected. The research tool is a questionnaire that its validity by studying the resources of experienced instructor's tastings comments regarding the discussion of education owner and the test via Cronbach's alpha was calculated = ./89
The results are based on one-sample t-tests, ANOVA, and factor analysis showed that the impact of ICT on planning and evaluation was more than other variables.Also taking into account the variable respondents, higher average students improve planning and evaluating the impact of information technology in their courses then teachers.
