چکیده

چکیده
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، تبیین روابط بین مؤلفه‌های اثربخشی سازمانی ادراک شده ، اعتماد معلم به همکاران و گشودگی جوّ مدرسه با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و توضیح چرایی تأثیرگذاری و عدم تأثیرگذاری هر یک از این مؤلفه‌ها بر شکل‌گیری، رشد و گسترش رفتار شهروندی سازمانی مدیران و معلمان در مدارس ابتدایی و متوسطه شهر اهواز می‌باشد. در همین راستا، از روش پژوهش آمیخته (کمی‌و‌کیفی) استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را کلیه‌ی معلمان و مدیران مدارس دو مقطع ابتدایی و متوسطه شهر اهواز تشکیل می‌دهند. به اقتضای روش پژوهش ترکیبی، در بخش کمی به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 256 نفر انتخاب شده‌اند. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا زمانی که به سؤالات پژوهش پاسخ داده شد و اشباع نظری به دست آمد، فرآیند نمونه‌گیری ادامه یافت. داده‌ها در بخش کمی با استفاده از دو مقیاس رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر شکل‌گیری آن در مدارس دیپائولا، تارتر و هوی (2005) به ترتیب با ضرایب پایایی 84/0 و 89/0 و در بخش کیفی با اجرای مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختمند جمع‌آوری گردیده‌اند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کمی از تحلیل رگرسیون و در بخش کیفی، روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی به کار رفته است. در بخش کمی، نتایج نشان‌دهنده تأثیرگذاری مؤلفه‌ی اثربخشی سازمانی ادراک شده و عدم تأثیرگذاری مؤلفه‌‌های اعتماد معلم به همکاران و گشودگی جوّ مدرسه بر شکل‌گیری رفتار شهروندی سازمانی مدیران و معلمان مدارس مورد مطالعه می‌باشد. در پیگیری نتایج در بخش کیفی، دلایل تأثیرگذاری و عدم تأثیرگذاری هر یک از مؤلفه‌ها تبیین شده است.

Abstract
The purpose of current study, Explanation the relationship between perceived organizational effectiveness, teacher Trust in colleagues, openness of the school Climate components and Organizational Citizenship Behavior or Explaining why the impact and effectiveness of each these components on the formation, growth and development of OCB principals and teachers in primary and secondary schools Citizen of Ahwaz. in this regard, had been used mixed method approaches (quantitative and qualitative). the population consists all of the Principals and teachers elementary or secondary schools, Citizen of Ahwaz. due to a mixed method survey, were selected 256 members in quantitative Section of stratified sampling methodand by used Morgan table. in qualitative Section using purposive sampling continued sampling process was achieved theoretical saturation and as long as were answered questions research. the data were collected from using both Scales OCB and impact components from formation in the School Dipaola, Tarter and Hoy (2005) respectively with reliability coefficients 0/84 and 0/89 in quantitative section and semi-structured interviews in qualitative section. the results showed in quantitative section impacting perceived organizational effectiveness and ineffectiveness, teacher Trust in colleagues, openness of the school Climate components on the formation, growth and development of OCB principals and teachers in the case study schools. the pursuit of results, in qualitative section, has been explained the reasons for ineffectiveness and impacting of each the components.
