Abstract
This study aimed to investigate human resource development and its impact on the effectiveness of employee performance and Charity Affairs Office of Fars province. The purpose of the study in terms of the type of application and the method of data collection is descriptive survey. The population consisted of 285 employees of the Department of endowments is the province with the Morgan 164 people participated in the study were selected as sample. Analysis of the data by using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median and mode) and inferential statistics (T single sample, regression and Pearson) was performed. The results generally showed that human resource development indicators have an impact on the effectiveness of employee performance. As well as between the components of the partnership, assessment and implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness there is a significant relationship.
