بررسی تاثیردوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت بر توانمندسازی و بهره وری مدیران و کارکنان ( اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان فارس)

چکیده

    هدف از این پژوهش تبیین تاثیر دوره‌های آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت بر توانمند سازی و بهره‌وری مدیران و کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع  توصیفی - پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش 320 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان در سطح استان می‌باشد که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 175 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسش‌نامه آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت، توانمند سازی و بهره وری استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از روش نرم افزارSPSS  انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که از بین مولفه‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت، ابعاد یادگیری و مهارت‌ورزی توانایی پیش‌بینی قوی‌تری برای توانمندسازی و ابعاد ذهنیت مثبت، دانش افزایی و مهارت‌ورزی توانایی پیش‌بینی قوی‌تری برای بهره وری را دارند. روی هم رفته، نتایج پژوهش نشان می‎دهند آموزش ضمن خدمت بر توانمند سازی و بهره وری جمعیت مورد مطالعه موثر بوده و با توجه به اهمیت مسئله توانمندسازی و بهره وری در ارتقای ورزش و جوانان پیشنهاد می‌شود توجهی بیش‌تر به آن مبذول گردد.

چکیده [English]

    The aim of the current study was to investigate the effectiveness of in-service training courses on empowerment and productivity of managers of Youth and Sports Department staff in Fars province. The research method is descriptive-survey and the population of this study was 320 personnel including both managers and employees of Youth and Sports Department staff in Fars province. Out of this population and based on Krejcie and morgen table, 175 individuals were selected through simple random sampling. Three questionnaires of educating, empowerment and productivity were used to collect information from in-service training courses. The data analysis of statistical methods was done with SPSS software. Generally, the results of study indicate that education is influential on empowerment and productivity of the population studied, and considering the importance of empowerment and productivity on sport and Youth promotion, it is recommended to pay more attention to empowerment and productivity.
