رابطه بین مهارت های سه گانه مدیریتی مدیران در سطوح گوناگون مدیریتی با ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی

چکیده

    این پژوهش با هدف توصیف رابطه بین مهارت های سه گانه مدیریتی مدیران و ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش در این مطالعه توصیفی – همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری مورد بررسی شامل 80 نفر از مدیران سطوح گوناگون سازمانی (ارشد، میانی، عملیاتی) پالایشگاه گاز پارسیان بوده است که از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شده‌اند. جهت گرد آوری داده ها از دو پرسش نامه استاندارد مهارت های سه گانه (فنی، انسانی، ادراکی) مدیریتی قنبری (2011) بر اساس مدل رابرت کاتز و پرسش نامه استاندارد ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان استیفن کندری (2005) استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش نشان دادند که بین مهارت های سه گانه مدیریتی مدیران (فنی، انسانی، و ادراکی) و ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی رابطه ای مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. هم چنین، بین مهارت های سه گانه مدیران در سطوح گوناگون سازمانی (ارشد، میانی و عملیاتی) تفاوتی معنی دار وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

    The main purpose of this study is to describe the relation between managers’ trinary skills and human resources performance assessment in Persian Gas Refinery Company. The methods used in this study was descriptive-correlationThe statistical population of this study included 80 managers in various organizational levels (top, middle, and operational) of the Persian Gas Refinery Company in 2012,selected throughstratified random sampling technique. To collect the data, two standard questionnaires were used, the first one was the managers’ trinary skills made by Qanbari (1390) and the other one was Stephen's (2005) personnel performance assessment questionnaire. The results indicated that there was a significant relation between technical, human and cognitive skills of managers and human resources performance assessment. It also indicated that there was a significant difference between managers’ trinary skills in various organizational levels (top, middle, and operational).
