بررسی تطبیقی تاثیر آموزش ضمن خدمت در رفع نیازهای آموزشی و رضایت شغلی معلمان ایران و آلمان

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تطبیقی تاثیر آموزش­های ضمن خدمت بر رضایت شغلی و رفع نیازهای آموزشی معلمان آموزش و پرورش ایران و آلمان بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق علی- مقایسه­ای شامل کلیه­ی معلمین دوره متوسطه شهر توبینگن در آلمان و شهر شیراز در ایران بود. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش با استفاده از جدول مورگان 196 نفر از معلمان شهر توبینگن در آلمان و 196 معلم از شهر شیراز با روش نمونه گیری از نوع خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انجام شد و ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسشنامه؛ پرسشنامه اول محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه دوم همان پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی "فیلد و روث" بود که روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب 89% و80/0 محاسبه گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل سئوالات که بر اساس روش یومن-ویتنی انجام شد. نشان داد که:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     با مقایسه میانگین و انحراف استاندارد تاثیر آموزش ضمن خدمت در رفع نیازهای آموزشی معلمان در آلمان به طور معنی داری (01/0< P). بالاتر از معلمان ایرانی بوده است. با مقایسه میانگین و انحراف استاندارد تاثیر آموزش ضمن خدمت بر رضایت شغلی معلمان آلمان و ایران تفاوت معنی­دار آماری (171/0=P). مشاهده نشده است.

A Comparative Study of the Impact of In-Service Training on Addressing the Educational Needs and Jobs Satisfaction of Iranian and German Teachers

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of In-Service training onIranian and German teachers’ educational needs. Based on Morgan table, the population of this causal-comparative study included 196 high school teachers of Tübingen in Germany and 196 high school teachers of Shiraz in Iran who were selected by conducting  multi-stage cluster sampling.To answer the research questions, two questionnaires were used. First, the self-designed questionnaire, and second, “Field and Ruth" job satisfaction questionnaire. Their reliability were .89 and .80 respectively. In order to analyze the collected data Man-Whitney test was used. Result of this study showed that there is a significant difference between the mean scores of teachers in Germany and Iran (p<0/01) regarding their educational needs. However, no significant difference was found between the job satisfaction of German and Iranian teachers (p=0/171).
