شایستگی‌های مدیران آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بروزرسانی وظایف، مسوولیت­ها و شناسایی شایستگی­های مدیران آموزش است. شناسایی این شایستگی­ها، پیش نیاز طراحی برنامه­های آموزشی و توسعه­ای برای آنان می­باشد. بنابراین هدف کلی این مقاله، بهنگام­سازی وظایف و شناسایی شایستگی­های مدیران آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی است. روش پژوهش کیفی است. حجم نمونه­ معادل 14 نفر- از مجرب­ترین مدیران و متخصصان آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی کشور با میانگین تجربه کاری10 سال- می­باشد. نتایج در یک کارگاه سه روزه به نام دیکوم[1] بدست آمد؛ سپس یافته­های کارگاه در خصوص شایستگی­های شناسایی شده در نشستی تخصصی توسط چند تن از مدیران و متخصصان حوزه آموزش در 10 موضوع بدین­شرح طبقه­بندی گردید: الف- شایستگی­های مشترک (عمومی) شامل: ویژگی­های شخصیتی و اخلاقی- شایستگی ادراکی- تعالی طلبی- شایستگی بین فردی می­باشد. ب- شایستگی­های ویژه شامل: ب- 1- شایستگی­های فنی و شغلی، ب- 2- شایستگی­های سازمانی که دارای زیر شایستگی­هایی نظیر: شایستگی کسب و کار، رهبری، مدیریت عملکرد، تفکر استراتژیک، تصمیم گیری می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

This research aimed to update training and development managers’ duty, responsibilities, create a pathway to recognize their top competencies and plan training and developing courses. and to achieve the goals of this qualitative study, the researcher conducted a 3 days Dacum workshop containing a group of 14 Iranian training and development experts and managers with about 10 year experiences. After the Dacum workshop, a group of top attendees (including 2 managers and 2 experts) were selected to classify the identified competencies during workshop in a meeting. The following competencies were identified:

General competencies: Personality and Moral competency, Perceptual competency, Seeking excellence, Interpersonal competency.
Special competencies: Technical competency, Organizational competency, Business competency, Leadership, Performance management, Strategic thinking, Decision making.
