جایگاه ارزشهای فردی و سازمانی از دیدگاه دبیران و مدیران مقطع متوسطه

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی دیدگاه دبیران و مدیران مقطع متوسطه در مورد جایگاه ارزشها در زندگی فردی و سازمانی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی - پیمایشی است و برای این منظور از 1775 دبیر شهر زاهدان 315 نفر و از 110 مدیر این مقطع 86 نفر با استفاده از جدول تعیین نمونه مورگان تعیین و سپس از روش نمونه گیری متناسب با حجم برای تعیین حجم نمونه زیر گروهها استفاده شد. در نهایت، از نمونه گیری در دسترس برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده شد. ابزار مورد (%93) استفاده، پرسشنامه مقیاس ارزش یلماز و بالچی بوده و از مجموع 401 نمونه 374 پرسشنامه ها قابل بررسی بودند. آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه 95 /. و به تفکیک ارزشهای 0 محاسبه شد. روشهای آماری استفاده شده در پژوهش / 0 و 96 / فردی و ارزشهای سازمانی 91 مستقل بود. یافته ها t عبارت است از محاسبه فراوانی ها، میانگین ها، انحراف معیار، میانه و آزمون نشان می دهند که هم در ارزش های فردی و هم در ارزش های سازمانی مدیران و دبیران مدارس متوسطه در چند ارزش اولویت دار و چند مورد کم اهمیت هم عقیدهاند. آنها اغلب به تعهد کاری، آزادی تصمیم و عمل، صداقت، دینداری و پیشرفت در حوزه زندگی شخصی توجه میکنند و کمتر به ارزشهایی همچون مادیات، پول و ثروت اهمیت میدهند. در حوزه زندگی سازمانی هم ارزشهایی همچون همکاری، تعهد، احترام به دیگران، بی طرفی و صداقت جزو ارزش های مهم به لحاظ اولویت از دیدگاه هر دو گروه بودند. در این حوزه نیز اهمیت کمتر به مواردی همچون پول و مستقل نیز بیانگر وجود تفاوت در میانگین مدیران و دبیران در t ثروت داده شده است. آزمون مواردی نظیر بی طرفی، پشتکار، صداقت، احترام به دیگران، مسئولیت پذیری و خلاقیت در دو حوزه ارزش های فردی و سازمانی بود.

The purpose of this study was to investigate high school administrators’ and teachers’ views of the role values in individual and organizational lives. 315 teachers (from a population of 1775) and 86 principals (from a population of 110) were sampled through convenience sampling in con siltation with the Morgan’s table. Research instrument was a “Value Scale questionnaire” of Yilmaz and Balci (2009). SPSS (15th) was utilized to run analyses including frequencies, standard deviations, medians, means, and t-test. Findings suggested that both sample groups agreed upon some high priority and low priority individual and organizational values. Both the groups ranked highest “commitment”, “openness”, “religious devotion”, “honesty”, and “achievement” as the individual values and “cooperation”, “commitment”, “respect for people”, “fairness”, and “honesty” as the organizational values. For administrators and teachers, “money” was the lowest ranked individual and organizational value. T-test further revealed that their views significantly differed regarding some of the individual and organizational values
