رابطه مدیریت کیفیت فراگیربا توانمندسازی و ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش تبیین رابطه مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با توانمندسازی و ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس می باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش 160 نفر از کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان فارس می باشد که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 111 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شده اند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر، توانمندسازی و ارزیابی عملکرد استفاده گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل آماری بدست آمده نشان داد که بین ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با توانمندسازی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و هم چنین، بین ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با ارزیابی عملکرد رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد که از بین ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با توانمندسازی، بعدهای حمایت و رهبری مدیران، پیامدهای بهبود کیفیت و بهره وری، مشتری مداری و بیمه کیفیت و از بین ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با ارزیابی عملکرد بعدهای حمایت و رهبری مدیران و بیمه کیفیت رابطه قوی تری را نشان می دهند.

چکیده [English]

The current study aimed at studying the relationship between Total Quality Management and empowering and performance evaluation of Youth and Sports Department staff in Fars province. The research was descriptive and the total population included 160 staff from Youth and Sports Department of Fars province. A sample of 113 was selected randomly according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table. Three Questionnaires were used to collect data. Total Management quality, empowerment, and performance evaluation were analyzed through Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and variance analysis. The results of statistical analyses showed that there was a significant relationship between the dimensions of Total Quality Management and empowering. Further, a significant relationship was found between the dimensions of Total Quality Management and performance evaluation
