Purpose: The purpose of this research is to design and validate the curriculum of the field of "workplace curriculum" for the doctoral degree. The current research is in the qualitative research group due to its purpose, nature and implementation possibilities.
Research Methodology: The synthesis method and semi-structured interview were used to conduct the research. Based on the objectives of the research and the determined criteria, 20 documents were selected for further analysis and review. Criterion sampling and snowball sampling were used for sampling in the interview section. Based on the determined criteria, 11 Iranian and international experts in the field of workplace curriculum, and 9 experts and efforts working in the field of training and improvement of human resources and 9 graduates of the field of curriculum studies who are in the field of workplace curriculum are selected in the research. The data were analyzed by thematic analysis method.
Findings: The results showed that the capabilities and competencies of the graduates of the workplace curriculum include: curriculum planning, innovation, research and consulting. In the content section, three approaches were introduced to determine the content (linear, mixed and creative) and the subject of the course units. In the discussion of method and evaluation, new methods were proposed along with common methods. Finally, the proposed curriculum was approved by the experts participating in the research.
