رابطه نگرش اساتید نسبت به آموزش مجازی با تعلل ورزی تحصیلی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه نگرش استادان نسبت به آموزش مجازی با تعلل‎ورزی تحصیلی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش، همبستگی می‎باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران به تعداد 4650 نفر و نمونه آماری براساس فرمول کوکران 357 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران به تعداد 308000 است که نمونه آماری براساس فرمول کوکران 384 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری در پژوهش حاضر سه پرسشنامه استاندارد نگرش نسبت به آموزش مجازی وطن پرست و همکاران (1394) و تعلل ورزی تحصیلی سواری (1390) و سرزندگی تحصیلی حسین چاری و دهقانی زاده (1391) است. به منظور تحلیل داده‎ها از  تکنیک معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری Lisrel و نیز نرم افزار آماری Spss استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بین نگرش به آموزش مجازی با سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی استان تهران رابطه مثبت و معنی‏ دار وجود دارد و بین سرزندگی تحصیلی با تعلل ورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران رابطه منفی و معنی‎دار وجود دارد و بین نگرش استادان نسبت به دوره های آموزشی مجازی با تعلل‎ورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران رابطه منفی و معنی‎دار وجود دارد. بین نگرش به آموزش مجازی با تعلل ‎ورزی تحصیلی با میانجی سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران رابطه منفی و معنی‎دار وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: دانشجویان به اتفاق بر این باورند که سیستم آموزش مجازی دارای فوائد بسیاری است و می‎تواند مشکلات متعددی را از پیش پای دانشجویان کنار بزند. بر این اساس رغبت تحصیلی در آنها افزایش یافته و تعلل‎ورزی تحصیلی به حداقل خواهد رسید. از طرفی وجود هزینه‎های پایین استفاده از سیستم آموزش مجازی باعث شده که هم اساتید و هم دانشجویان از این روند راضی باشند و با تشکیل کارگاهها و دوره‎های آموزشی در دانشگاه‎ها اقداماتی برای فرهنگ‎سازی درباره چگونگی استفاده علمی از شبکه‎های مجازی و آشنایی دانشجویان با انواع شبکه‎های علمی مجازی در جهت بهبود و تقویت یادگیری و سرزندگی تحصیلی دانشجویان تلاش نمود.

Introduction: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between teachers 'attitudes toward virtual courses with academic procrastination with emphasis on the mediating role of students' academic vitality of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran.
research methodology: This research is in terms of purpose in the field of applied research and in terms of research method is correlation. The statistical population includes 4650 faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran and 308000 students of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran, which according to Cochran's formula 357 people by simple random sampling as a sample of professors and 211 people by the method of Cluster random sampling was selected as a statistical sample of students. The collection tool in the present study is three standard questionnaires of attitude towards virtual education of by Vatanparast et al. (2015) and academic procrastination of Savary (2011) and academic vitality of Hossein Chari and Dehghanizadeh (2012). In order to analyze the data, the structural equation technique was using Lisrel statistical software and Spss statistical software.
Findings: Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between attitudes toward virtual education and academic vitality of students of Islamic Azad University of Tehran and there is a negative and significant relationship between academic vitality and academic procrastination of students of Islamic Azad University of Tehran. There is a negative and significant relationship between professors 'attitudes toward virtual training courses and students' academic procrastination in Islamic Azad University of Tehran. There is a negative and significant relationship between attitudes toward virtual education and academic procrastination mediated by the academic vitality of students of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran.
Conclusion: Students unanimously believe that the e-learning system has many benefits and can eliminate many problems for students. Accordingly, Their academic interest increase and academic procrastination will be minimized. On the other hand, the low costs of using the virtual education system have made both professors and students satisfied with this process, and by organizing workshops and training courses in universities, steps have been taken to introduce and about how to use science scientifically. Virtual networks and students 'familiarity with various types of virtual science networks to improve and strengthen students' learning and academic vitality.
