تاثیراستدلال اخلاقی بر سبک‌های عمومی تصمیم‌گیری مدیران با میانجیگری اخلاق حرفه‌ای

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: تصمیم‌گیری از اجزای تفکیک ناپذیر مدیریت به شمار می‌آید و در تمام اجزاء مدیریت به  نحوی جلوه‌گر است. همچنین مسائل اخلاقی به عنوان اساسی­ترین دغدغه بشر مطرح شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه تاثیر استدلال اخلاقی در پیش بینی میزان سبک عمومی تصمیم‌گیری مدیران؛ با میانجیگری اخلاق حرفه‌ای است. 
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- همبستگی و با روش مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری(SEM) انجام شد. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش را کلیه­ی مدیران مدارس شهر ارومیه سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 به تعداد 212 نفر تشکیل می‌دادند که از بین آن‌ها با استفاده از جدول کرجسی- مورگان 137 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادوزیر (2000)، پرسشنامه استدلال اخلاقی معنوی­پور(1390) و پرسشنامه سبک‌های عمومی تصمیم­گیری اسکات و بروس (1995) بود. داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار‌های 26 SPSS و Smart-PLS تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که استدلال اخلاقی به طور مستقیم بر سبک عمومی تصمیم­ گیری تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین اثر مستقیم اخلاق حرفه‌ای بر روی سبک عمومی تصمیم‌گیری و استدلال اخلاقی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود. به علاوه اخلاق حرفه‌ای توانست به عنوان نقش میانجی در رابطه بین استدلال اخلاقی و سبک عمومی تصمیم­گیری وارد مدل شود. در نهایت نیز مدل ساختاری پژوهش بعد از اصلاح، برازش مطلوب را با داده‌های تجربی پژوهش داشت
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می توان بیان کرد که جهت بهبود سبک های مختلف در تصمیم گیری مدیران باید از استلال اخلاقی بالاتر و اخلاق حرفه ای بهتری برخوردار باشند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: decision-making is one of the inseparable components of management and it is manifested in all components of management. Also, moral issues have been raised as the most basic human concern. The purpose of this research is the effect of moral reasoning in predicting the level of managers' general decision-making style; It is through the mediation of professional ethics.
research methodology: his research was conducted with descriptive-correlation method and structural equation modeling method (SEM). The statistical population of the research consisted of all school principals in Urmia city, and 137 of them were selected using random sampling method. The research tools included the professional ethics questionnaire of Kaduzir (2000), the moral reasoning questionnaire of Manavipur (2013) and the general decision-making styles questionnaire of Scott and Bruce (1995).
Findings: The resulting data were analyzed using structural equation method and using Spss version 26 and Smart-PLS software. The results of the research showed that moral reasoning directly has a positive and significant effect on the general style of decision-making. Also, the direct effect of professional ethics on the general style of decision-making and moral reasoning on professional ethics was statistically significant. In addition, professional ethics was able to enter the model as a mediating role in the relationship between moral reasoning and general decision-making style. Finally, the structural model of the research after modification had a good fit with the experimental data of the research.
Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it can be stated that in order to improve different decision-making styles, managers should have higher moral integrity and better professional ethics.
