آسیب شناسی فرهنگ دانشگاهی در ایران براساس تحلیل محتوای مطالعات انجام شده داخل کشور

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: دانشگاه مرجعیت اصلی توسعه دانش، فرهنگ و اجتماع هر ملت را دارد رسالت اصلی دانشگاه تولید انسان دانشگاهی و هویت دانشگاهی فرهیخته، مولد و توانمند در افرادی است که به عنوان پیشاهنگان علم و فرهنگ عمل می کنند. این مقاله با هدف آسیب شناسی فرهنگ دانشگاهی در دانشگاه‌های ایران با تحلیل مطالعات صورت گرفته در داخل کشور انجام شده است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش کیفی و با روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش همه مقاله های تدوین شده در خصوص فرهنگ دانشگاهی بود بدین منظور همه مقاله های موجود در پایگاه‌های اطلاع رسانی جهاد دانشگاهی، مجلات تخصصی نور، بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور با کلیدواژه های فرهنگ، دانشگاه، فرهنگ دانشگاهی جستجو شد و  از بین آن‌ها 11 مقاله که با موضوع پژوهش مرتبط بود شناسایی و به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. مقاله ها مطالعه و تحلیل محتوا شد مقوله ها و گزاره های به‌دست آمده به عنوان آسیب های فرهنگ دانشگاهی در زیر ده محور شناسایی شده مطالعات قبلی برای فرهنگ دانشگاهی قرار داده شد..
یافته­ ها: مهم‌ترین آسیب های فرهنگ دانشگاهی براساس نتایج این تحقیق و به ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: آسیب های مربوط به مدیریت دانشگاه، ارتباطات، اخلاق حرفه ای و یادگیری و آموزش. آسیب های مربوط به آزادی علمی در اولویت آخر قرار دارد.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: از نتایج این تحقیق می توان برای سیاست‌گذاری آموزش عالی در زمینه برطرف کردن آسیب های فرهنگ دانشگاهی استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: University has the main authority for the development of knowledge, culture and society of every nation. The main mission of the university is to produce educated, productive and capable academic people and academic identity in people who act as scouts of science and culture.This article aims at the pathology of university culture in Iran's universities by reviewing studies conducted within the country.
Research methodology: This qualitative research was done by content analysis method. For this purpose, all articles in databases (sid, magiran, noormags) were searched with keywords of culture, university, university culture as a research population, among them 11 articles related to research topic Was identified and selected as a sample. Articles were studied and analyzed. The categories and statements obtained as pathology to academic culture were placed below the previous ten recognized axes for academic culture.
Findings: The most important pathology to academic culture based on the results of this research and in order of priority are: pathology related to university management, communication, professional ethics, and learning and education. Scientific freedom pathology is in the top priority.
Conclusion: The results of this research can be used for higher education policy in the field of eliminating academic culture damage.
