مدل ساختاری عوامل مرتبط با مدیریت دانایی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: در عصر اطلاعات و دانش محور ، مدیریت دانایی یکی از ویژگیهای بارز برای سازمان ها محسوب می شود مدیریت این منبع کمیاب باعث افزایش عملکرد  کسب و کار و مو فقیت سازمان در زمان فعلی و آینده می شود مدیریت  این منبع نا ملموس بقای  سازمانی را در محیط در حال تغییر بدنبال دارد . اساسی ترین مهارت برای مدیران سازمانهای دانش محور«مدیریت دانایی» است.هدف این پژوهش بررسی عناصر مدیریت دانایی محور و طراحی مدل  ساختاری این عناصر است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: در  پژوهش حاضر که با روش آمیخته انجام شده، در بخش کیفی از طریق نمونه گیری هدفمند  تعداد 15 نفراز خبرگان دانشگاهی ومتخصصان علوم تربیتی وزارت آموزش وپرورش تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه انجام شد  . جامعه آماری در بخش کمی  شامل مدیران متوسطه مدارس دولتی در شهر تهران است که برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تعداد400 نفر انتخاب شدند اطلاعات مورد نیاز در این بخش از جامعه آماری  با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردید.. برای تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی  مولفه های مدیریت دانایی با روش دلفی فازی توسط خبرگان شناسایی و غربالگری شد و با استفاده از روش  سوآرا وزن دهی و الویت  بندی مولفه ها به ترتیب زیر حاصل شد. دانش آفرینی ،سازماندهی دانش ،نیاز به دانایی ،تسهیم دانش ، عملکرد دانایی محور ، خیره دانش و در بخش کمی برای مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی وتی  تک نمونه استفاده شد
یافته ­ها: : نیاز به  دانایی،دانش آفرینی،سازمان دهی دانش ،ذخیره دانش،تسهیم دانش،،عملکرد دانایی محور
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: مدیریت دانایی  از بزرگترین دستاوردهای عصر اطلاعات می‌ باشد لذا در دنیای به سرعت متغیر امروز، انسانها باید توانایی همراهی با تغییرات روز را داشته باشنددر این پژوهش عناصر مدیریت دانایی بررسی و مدل آن طراحی گردیده است.

Introduction: In the age of information and knowledge, knowledge management is considered one of the distinctive features for organizations. The management of this rare resource increases the business performance and success of the organization in the present and future. Looking for change. The most basic skill for managers of knowledge-based organizations is "knowledge management". The purpose of this research is to examine the elements of knowledge-based management and design the structural model of these elements.
 research methodology: In the present study, which was conducted with a mixed method, in the qualitative section, through targeted sampling, 15 university experts and educational science specialists of the Ministry of Education were selected until theoretical saturation was reached, and interviews were conducted. The statistical population in the quantitative part includes secondary school principals in the city of Tehran, and 400 people were selected for sample selection by cluster sampling method. The information needed in this part of the statistical population was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire tool.To analyze the data in the qualitative part, the components of knowledge management were identified and screened by experts using the fuzzy Delphi method, and using the Soara method, the components were weighted and prioritized in the following order. Knowledge creation, knowledge organization, need for knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge-oriented performance, knowledge storage, and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used to model structural equations.
Findings: need for knowledge, knowledge creation, knowledge organization, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge-oriented performance.
Conclusion: Knowledge management is one of the greatest achievements of the information age, so in today's rapidly changing world, people must have the ability to keep up with the changes of the day.
