چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: در هزاره سوم ، اخلاق حرفه ای به عنوان یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی مدیران سازمانها، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل مفهومی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در مدیران مدارس دوره اول متوسطه استان فارس انجام گرفته است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: رویکرد این پژوهش کیفی و ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه اکتشافی و نیمه ساختمند بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مدیران مدارس دوره متوسطه اول استان فارس بودند که به صورت هدفمند و با روش صاحبنظران کلیدی و با استفاده از روش اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، مصاحبه باز با مشارکت کنندگان بود. تجزیه وتحلیل دادها بر اساس تحلیل مضمون انجام شد روش نمونه گیری تا جایی ادامه پیدا کرد که پژوهشگر با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند، با 17 نفر از اعضای نمونه به اشباع نظری رسید.اما برای اطمینان بیشتر مصاحبه ها تا 20 نفر ادامه پیدا کرد.
یافته‌ها: با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از بررسی مبانی نظری و پیشیینه پژوهش، داده های بدست آمده از مصاحبه با مدیران مدارس(گروه کانونی) و به شیوه همسو سازی، داده‌ها گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند؛ برای اعتبار یابی داده ها از روشهای بازخورد به مشارکت کنندگان، بازبینی و موضعگیری پژوهشگر و همسوسازی با منابع علمی و اسناد کلیدی آموزش وپرورش استفاده گردید. پس از حذف کدهای مشترک، تعداد 121 مورد از مضامین پایه (کدها و نکات کلیدی متن) استخراج گردید، سپس براساس شباهت موجود ( محتوایی، ترکیبی و تلخیصی) به تعداد 6 مضمون سازماندهنده تقلیل یافت.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد از نظر مدیران مدارس دوره اول متوسطه، مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای، تأثیر بسزایی بر رفتار مدیران مدارس دارند. بنابراین لازم است این امر به طور جدی توسط دست اندرکاران نظام تعلیم و تربیت، مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Introduction: In the third millennium, professional ethics is one of the main concerns of managers in organizations. The present study aimed to design a conceptual model of professional ethics in primary school principals in Fars province.
research methodology: The approach of this qualitative research and research tool has been exploratory and semi-structured interviews. The statistical population of this study included all principals of primary schools in Fars province who were purposefully selected by the method of key experts and using the method of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool was an open interview with the participants.
Findings: Using the results of the review of the theoretical foundations and background of the research, the data obtained from interviews with school principals (focus group) and data were collected in a synchronization manner and analyzed using the content analysis method; To validate the data, methods of feedback to participants, researcher review and stance, and alignment with scientific sources and key educational documents were used. After deleting the common codes, 121 items were extracted from the basic themes (codes and key points of the text), then based on the existing similarity (content, composition and summary), it was reduced to 6 organizing themes.
Conclusion: The results showed that according to the principals of junior high school, the components of professional ethics have a significant impact on the behavior of school principals.
