شناسایی مضامین رهبری برنامه‌درسی در سیستم آموزش و پرورش: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: رهبری برنامه­درسی، هدایت ذی نفعان مدرسه به سمت هدف­های آشکارِ در نظر گرفته شده برای دانش­آموزان بر اساس استانداردهای برنامه­درسی ملی است که در سیستم آموزشی ایران حائز اهمیت می­باشد لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مضامین رهبری برنامه­درسی در سیستم آموزش و پرورش بوده است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: طرح پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و روش مورد استفاده مطالعه موردی می­باشد. مشارکت کنندگان شامل مدیران مدارس دولتی شهرستان ساری بودند. داده­های کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 10 نفر به اشباع نظری رسید. اعتبار و روایی پژوهش بر اساس اعتبار، انتقال پذیری، قابلیت اطمینان و قابلیت تأیید بررسی و تأیید گردید. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها در پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل مضمون( فراگیر، سازمان­دهنده و پایه) بود که با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA نسخه 2020 ، طبقه بندی شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج به­دست آمده در قالب یک مضمون فراگیر( رهبری برنامه­درسی)، 4 مضمون سازمان­دهنده( اجرای برنامه­درسی، تدوین و بازنگری برنامه­درسی، ارزشیابی برنامه­درسی و ارتقای جو آموزشی) و 37 مضمون پایه استخراج گردید.

چکیده [English]

Background and aim: The curriculum leadership is leading school stakeholders toward obvious goals that considered for students according to The National Curriculum standards which is very important. So purpose of research was identifying the themes of curriculum leadership in the education system.
research methodology: The present research design is qualitative and the method used is a case study
Participants included principals of public schools in Sari
Quantitative data was saturated by semi-structured interview with 10 principal. Base on validity, transmissibility, dependability and Conformability, Validity and reliability of research verified. Data analyzing method was theme Analysis (global, organizing and basic) that classified by MAXQDA software version 2020.  
Results: The results were extracted in the form of a comprehensive theme (curriculum leadership), 4 organizing themes (curriculum implementation, curriculum development, curriculum evaluation and educational claimate
 Promotion) and 37 basic themes.
