طراحی و ارائه الگوی مناسب برای ارتقای کیفیت مدیریت آموزشگاهی در مدارس ابتدایی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف  طراحی و ارائه الگوی مناسب برای ارتقای کیفیت مدیریت آموزشگاهی در مدارس ابتدایی استان زنجان انجام شده است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش ترکیبی با طرح اکتشافی- مدل توسعه ابزار بود. منابع گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 23 نفر، یادداشت برداری، اسناد عمومی و خصوصی بوده که به داده های متنی تبدیل شده و پس از آن کدگذاری متن با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفت. براساس نتایج بخش کیفی، ابزار اندازه گیری براساس مؤلفه های شناسایی شده در قالب پرسشنامه 107سؤالی طراحی گردیده و  روایی صوری و محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تأیید و در نهایت ضریب پایایی به دست آمده (93/0) بود. برای برآورد اعتبار الگوی ارائه شده از تحلیل مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کمی کلیه کارشناسان، راهبران آموزشی و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی استان زنجان(1079 نفر) بودند. علاوه براین، از تعداد120سند به دست آمده از متون علمی یادداشت ­برداری و استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده های کمی از نرم­افزار Amos استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: در بخش کیفی از نمونه گیری هدفمند و در بخش کمی با توجه به (حجم نمونه 283 نفر) به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای از شهرها و مناطق مختلف استان داده ها جمع آوری گردید. نتایج بخش کیفی نشان دادکه الگوی ارتقای کیفیت مدیریت آموزشگاهی دارای 8 عامل، 26ملاک و 107نشانگر است.
بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم نشان داد که عوامل 8 گانه (برنامه ریزی، آموزش و یادگیری، فعالیت های پرورشی و فوق برنامه، تربیت بدنی و سلامت، مشارکت، برقرای روابط انسانی، نظارت و راهنمایی، مدیریت امور اداری و اجرایی) دارای بار عاملی مناسب جهت پیش بینی  الگوی ارتقای کیفیت مدیریت آموزشگاهی است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: This study aimed to provide a suitable model for the improvement of school management quality in primary schools of Zanjan province.
research methodology: This study was performed using a mixed method of explorative plan-tool development model. Data collection sources in the qualitative part of the research included semi-structured interviewing 23 people, notes, public and private documents that were converted to textual data and the text was then coded using the content analysis technique. based on the results of the qualitative section, the measuring tools designed in the form of a 107-question questionnaire  based on the identified components. Its face and content validity were confirmed by experts and finally the reliability coefficient was (0.93).
Findings: analysis of structural equation modeling was used for testing mentioned scale. The statistical population of the study in the quantitative section were all experts, educational leaders and principals of elementary schools in Zanjan province (1079 people). In addition, 120 documents obtained from scientific texts were recorded and used. purposive sampling method was used in the qualitative part of the study whereas in the quantitative section according to the (sample size of 283 people) data were collected by cluster sampling method from different cities and regions of the province.The results of the qualitative section showed that the model of school management quality improvement has 8 factors, 26 criteria and 107 indicators. Amos software was used for quantitative data analysis
Conclusion: The result of statistical tests displayed that the designed model enjoys very favorable fitness for the improvement of school management quality in primary schools of Zanjan province.
