نقش مدیریت دانش در کارآفرینی سازمانی با میانجی گری هوش سازمانی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش بررسی نقش مدیریت دانش در کارآفرینی سازمانی با میانجی گری هوش سازمانی بود. جامعه پژوهش همه معلمان اداره آموزش و پروش منطقه خشت و کمارج استان فارس به تعداد 368 نفر، که از این جامعه با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و بر اساس فرمول کوکران نمونه‌ای به حجم 188 آزمودنی انتخاب شد. روش پژوهش کمی، توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه است. لذا از پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش شرون و لاوسون(2003)، هوش سازمانی آلبرخت(2003) و پرسشنامه کارآفرینی سازمانی  براون(2000) استفاده شد. جهت تعیین پایایی و روایی ابزار، از تکنیک های آلفای کرانباخ و تحلیل عاملی تائیدی استفاده  گردید، نتایج بیانگر پایایی و روایی مطلوب ابزار بود. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک‌های توصیفی(فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی ( تحلیل عاملی تائیدی و تحلیل مسیر تائیدی) با استفاده از نرم افزار lisrel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که: متغیر مدیریت دانش دارای اثر مستقیم مثبت (29/0)، اثرغیر مستقیم مثبت (154/0) و اثر کل مثبت (444/0) و معنادار بر متغیر کارآفرینی سازمانی در سطح 05/0 است. متغیر هوش سازمانی دارای اثر مستقیم مثبت (36/0) و معنادار بر متغیر کارآفرینی سازمانی در سطح 05/0 است. متغیر مدیریت دانش با ضریب مسیر غیر مستقیم بواسطه هوش سازمانی (154/0) و مقدار تی (39/2) دارای اثر  غیرمستقیم، مثبت و معنادار بر متغیر کارآفرینی سازمانی در سطح 05/0 هستند. همچنین متغیرهای مدیریت دانش و هوش سازمانی قادر به تببین 69% واریانس متغیر کارآفرینی سازمانی است. مقدار واریانس تبیین شده متغیر کارآفرینی سازمانی با توجه به مقدار تی آن (79/7) در سطح 05/0 معنادار است. با توجه به اثرات کل متغیرهای مستقل می توان گفت متغیر مدیریت دانش (444/0) دارای بیشترین اثر و متغیر هوش سازمانی(36/0) دارای کمترین اثر بر متغیر کارآفرینی سازمانی است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and organizational entrepreneurship through organizational intelligence mediation. The research population of all teachers of the education department of Khesht and Kamarej district of Fars province was 368 people, that sample of 186 people was selected by simple random sampling method based on Morgan table. The research method is quantitative, descriptive and correlational studies, and especially the structural equation modeling. The research tool is a questionnaire. The knowledge management questionnaire was used by Schron & Lawson (2003), Albrecht's organizational intelligence (2003) and Brown's Enterprise Entrepreneurship Questionnaire (2000). To determine the reliability and validity of the tool, Cronbach's alpha techniques and confirmatory factor analysis were used, The results indicated the reliability and desirability of the tool. For data analysis, descriptive (center and scatter plot) and inferential (confirmatory factor analysis and confirmatory path analysis) techniques were used using Lisrel software, The results showed that: knowledge management variable had positive direct effect (0.29), direct positive effect (0.154) and total positive effect (0.444) and significant on organizational entrepreneurship variable (0.05). The organizational intelligence variable has positive direct effect (0.36) and total positive effect (0.336) and significant on organizational entrepreneurship variable (0.05). Knowledge management variable with indirect path coefficient due to organizational intelligence (0.154) and T (2.39) have indirect, positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship variable at the level of 0.05. Also, knowledge management and organizational intelligence variables were able to account for 69% of the variance of organizational entrepreneurship variables. The value of the variance explained by the organizational entrepreneurship variable with respect to its t (7.79) is significant at the level of 0.05. The amount of variance explained by the organizational entrepreneurial variable with respect to its t (7.79) is significant at the level of 0.05. Regarding the effects of all independent variables, one can say that knowledge management variable (0.444)
