This study aimed to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and transformational leadership of elementary schools’ principals in Golpayegan in school years of 2012-2013 on the basis of descriptive correlational methodology. 100 elementary schools` principals in Golpayegan in school years of 2012-2013 were the statistical sample of the study, 80 of them were chosen through sample size formula and stratified random sampling proportionate to the size of the sample and based on the gender as the participants of this study. The instruments of this study were four different questionnaires including Organizational Citizenship Behavior by Organ (1996) with 27 questions, Organizational Commitment by Mayer (1985) with 24 questions, Spiritual Intelligence by King (2008) with 24 questions and Transformational Leadership by Boss (1992) with 24 questions. The reliability of these questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor, adviser, and some participants of the study. The validity of the questionnaires were estimated by Cronbach`s alpha respectively as 0.80, 0.78, 0.88, and 0.85. Data analysis was on the base of descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistic (Pierson correlation test, multivariable’s regression, and MONOVA).
