Today, the emergence of modern educational media is one of the most important achievements of human progress and one of the most valuable tools of public education which is steadily expanding rapidly due to its key position and importance. The educational capability of each medium depends to a certain extent on the type and structure of its communication channel and also on the subject, form, and expected learning objectives. Therefore, the process of managing educational media in order to realize the mission of educational media should be carefully considered. In this research, we have tried to identify the main indicators that improve the management of the relationship between the educational media and the audience in five areas, the volume of media content, the user's convenience with the media, the audiovisual appeal of the media, the user's interactivity with media content and software and hardware compatibility to be investigated in Iran. The research method used in this study is electronic scanning and data collection tool. The statistical community of experts and media education managers in the country has been selected which the statistical sample was 30 person by clustering method. The five areas studied in this paper are expressed in five hypotheses. In this way, the hypotheses were tested by inferential statistical analysis and finally proved with an average confidence interval of 95%.
